By accessing and using this website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we ask that you do not use the site. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

2. Description of service

Alventapro offers educational training programs in the field of financial markets and trading. Our services include online courses, live classes, educational materials, trading simulations, and guided practice sessions. The content is exclusively educational and informational in nature.

3. User registration and account

To access certain services, you may need to provide truthful and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities carried out under your account. 8. Payments and refunds

Prices for our programs are published in Argentine pesos and include VAT. Payments are processed through secure payment methods. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within the first 7 calendar days from enrollment, in accordance with Law No. 24,240 on Consumer Protection. After that period, no refunds will be granted.

9. Cancellation

You may request the cancellation of your account at any time by sending an email to info@alventapro.com. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for periods already paid. Alventapro reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

10. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website, and by Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

12. Changes to terms

Alventapro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective from their publication on the website. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
